What NFPA 701-2019 Test Method 2 Includes
The NFPA 701-2019 Test Method 2 evaluates the fire performance of textile and film materials used in various fire protection applications. The certification confirms that our products meet the following strict requirements:
Flame spread (char length) must not exceed 435 mm
After-flame time: No flaming observed for more than 2 seconds after the ignition source is removed
Flaming debris: No burning droplets or debris may fall and continue to burn on the floor of the test apparatus for more than 2 seconds
These results demonstrate the high level of fire resistance and safety performance of Padtex Insulation products.
